  • 1901 E. 4th Street, Suite 100 Santa Ana, CA 92705 (map)

Communicate with intention. Lead with impact.

Strong workplace communication is more than talking; it’s listening with intention, responding with clarity, and building trust through everyday interactions. This interactive session explores the practical skills that drive effective workplace communication, including active listening, managing communication roadblocks, reading non-verbal cues, and responding thoughtfully in challenging situations. Participants will walk away with tools to strengthen collaboration, reduce misunderstandings, and communicate with greater confidence and professionalism.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify common communication roadblocks in the workplace and apply strategies to reduce misunderstanding and conflict.

  • Demonstrate active listening techniques, including paraphrasing, reflection, and intentional questioning, to improve clarity and trust.

  • Use verbal and non-verbal communication intentionally to strengthen professional relationships and team collaboration.
