OneOC SMS Terms and Privacy Policy
About OneOC Funding Alerts
OneOC sends text messages to leaders and designated contacts of its fiscally sponsored projects who subscribe to receive funding opportunity alerts. Messages may include grant opportunities, foundation funding announcements, application deadlines, and fundraising resources supporting their charitable work.
These messages do not solicit donations from recipients. Sharing an opportunity does not guarantee eligibility or funding.
Your Consent
By entering your mobile phone number, selecting the SMS consent checkbox, and submitting our sign-up form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from OneOC about the topics described above.
Participation is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving fiscal sponsorship services from OneOC. Being a OneOC project contact or email subscriber does not automatically enroll you in text alerts.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies according to available funding opportunities and relevant deadlines.
Message and data rates may apply under your mobile service plan. Contact your mobile carrier with questions about your plan or charges.
How to Unsubscribe
You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a OneOC text message. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
After you unsubscribe, you may receive a final text confirming your request. You will receive no further messages from this SMS program unless you subscribe again.
Unsubscribing from text alerts will not affect your fiscal sponsorship services.

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Funding deadlines may change. Please confirm eligibility, requirements, and deadlines directly with the funder.

We use this information to send the alerts you requested, manage your subscription, respond to requests for help, process opt-outs, and maintain records demonstrating consent.
How We Protect and Share Your Information
OneOC does not sell, rent, or share SMS subscribers’ mobile numbers or opt-in consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide information to service providers that help us operate and deliver the SMS program, solely as necessary to perform those services on our behalf. They are not authorized to use that information for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information when required by law. We use reasonable safeguards to protect SMS subscriber information and retain it as needed to administer the program, honor opt-out requests, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Relationship to Our General Privacy Policy
These SMS privacy provisions supplement the OneOC Privacy Policy. If the general Privacy Policy’s information-sharing provisions conflict with this page, the more protective SMS-specific provisions on this page apply to mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this page as the SMS program changes. Updates will show a revised effective date. If a change requires renewed consent, we will obtain it before sending messages covered by that change.
