Fuel Purpose, Prevent Burnout, and Build a Culture Where People Thrive.
In today’s fast-paced environment, organizations risk losing top talent and dedicated volunteers to burnout and disengagement. This training will equip leaders with practical tools to create a culture that inspires energy, alignment, and loyalty. Participants will learn how to connect daily work back to mission, strengthen two-way communication, and implement meaningful recognition strategies that foster belonging and long-term commitment.
Learning Objectives:
Identify key indicators of a high-energy, mission-aligned, and inclusive organizational culture versus signs of burnout or disengagement.
Develop concrete strategies for consistently connecting daily tasks, work processes, and recognition programs directly back to the nonprofit's core mission and impact.
Establish clear, two-way communication channels and feedback mechanisms that empower employees and volunteers, fostering a sense of ownership and psychological safety.
Design and implement sustainable, low-cost recognition and appreciation programs that honor contributions in a way that is authentic and meaningful to the recipient.
