Elizabeth Pianalto, Director or Corporate Responsibility, Experian:

Elizabeth Pianalto is a purpose-driven Corporate Responsibility leader with a deep commitment to advancing environmental and social impact. As Director or Corporate Responsibility at Experian North America, she has brought over a decade of experience in integrating CSR and Inclusion and Belonging principles into business strategy, stakeholder engagement, and community partnerships.

 

Elizabeth’s work bridges the corporate and nonprofit worlds, fostering innovative programs that align business goals with community needs. She has led initiatives focused on employee engagement, social justice, and equitable access to resources. Elizabeth is always striving to find the balance between trust-based philanthropy and giving that has distinct measurable outcomes. Her approach is rooted in transparency, systemic change, and a belief in the power of collective action and informed by her experience in the nonprofit sector in her early career.

 

An Orange County native, Elizabeth and recently moved to Long Beach, California with her dog, Sadie. She earned her MBA from the UCI Paul Merage School of Business in 2020. She is passionate about building resilient communities and mentoring the next generation of social impact professionals.
