Meet your Trainer: Christina Gosling
Christina is a Senior Volunteer Recruitment Specialist with the American Red Cross of Orange County. She brings over eight years of experience in employee and volunteer engagement, having previously worked with Amazon, the University of Washington, and Public Service and Procurement Canada. In her current role, Christina develops and implements strategic recruitment initiatives to grow and diversify the Red Cross’s volunteer workforce, with a focus on both position-based and project-based roles.
Christina is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Management and Leadership, where her applied research focuses on nonprofit organizations and enhancing volunteer recruitment and engagement strategies in response to evolving societal and economic landscapes. She also volunteers with the Red Cross's Restoring Family Links program, conducting community outreach, and with Awareness for POTSies, a nonprofit dedicated to providing education and resources for individuals living with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS).
