Yolanda has over 20 years of experience in retail operations, sales enablement, learning and development, and talent acquisition and growth, Yolanda has helped build strong teams and support organizational success at companies such as Gap, Inc., L Brands, DSW, Inc., and US Vision, Inc. She has also been a dedicated volunteer and chairperson of various programs with the nation's largest volunteer-led child advocacy organization, the National PTA, where she has dedicated years as an advocate for change and community service in South Orange County's Capo school district. Guided by a focus on growth, collaboration, and positive impact, she is passionate about fostering growth and transformation through learning, leadership, and developing high-performing teams—enabling individuals of all ages and organizations to thrive together.
