Rick is a Senior Consultant at MAP and a leadership strategist with more than 35 years of experience spanning higher education, entrepreneurship, and operations leadership. From founding a successful custom home construction company to building leadership development programs for multi-location organizations, Rick has consistently driven growth through accountability and alignment. Today, he helps nonprofit and business leaders translate mission into measurable performance through proven MAP frameworks.
