Meet Your Trainer: Dr. Shaun Pichler

Dr. Shaun Pichler is a professor of management at the College of Business and Economics at California State University, Fullerton. He is also an adjunct professor at the Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. 

Shaun has published extensively in refereed journals. His research has been cited approximately 6,500 times and has been covered a variety of prominent national (e.g., Forbes, Washington Post) and local (e.g., O.C. Register) media, numerous policy reports, amicus briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court, and by the U.S. Congress.

Shaun is a former Associate Editor and current Co-Editor-in-Chief of Human Resource Management. He is also a Senior Editor of the Journal of Occupational & Organizational Psychology

Shaun regularly consults to organizations in a variety of industries in Southern California and across the country. Shaun has won numerous teaching, research and service awards, and was the Mihaylo College of Business Faculty of the Year in 2015 and again in 2022. Before beginning his career in academia, Shaun was an HR analyst and worked for a boutique consulting firm
