Meet your Trainer: Michael Fitch, Vice President HUB International
Michael started his career in 1993 at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as a Workers Compensation claims adjuster. He held various positions within the Workers Compensation claims department, including senior adjuster and team manager, and eventually moved into the direct sales force serving Producer and Regional Sales Manager roles to middle market clients. During this time, he also earned his Associate in Risk Management Designation (ARM). In 2009, Liberty Mutual’s direct sales force was acquired by HUB International. In his role at Hub International he continues to serve and expand his client base. While at HUB, he completed his CIC designation, an added value for his clients and prospects. Mike is now focused on the non-profit and transportation sectors where his relevant experience in those specialties is insightful for clients. Michael is an active volunteer in his community and within HUB International.

Meet Your Instructor:
Regina Birdsell has over 30 years of experience collaborating across business, philanthropy, government, media, and the nonprofit sector to tackle complex issues and foster positive change, primarily in Southern California. With a background in journalism and a Master's in Social Work from USC, she's been recognized as a Most Admired CEO by the Los Angeles Business Journal and as one of Women Making a Difference. Presently, she heads USC's Master's Degree Program in Nonprofit Leadership and Management, while also facilitating leadership training, board retreats, and providing executive support during leadership transitions.
