Featured Funder: Armando De La Libertad, Social Impact Manager

Mr. De La Libertad is the social impact manager at PIMCO. In this role, he facilitates the firm’s global philanthropy and impact measurement for the foundation. Prior to joining PIMCO, he managed government relations and clean energy engagement for coastal cities at Southern California Edison (SCE). Previously, Mr. De La Libertad served as SVP of strategic philanthropy and community reinvestment at the Wells Fargo Foundation. He started his career as an aide in the U.S. House of Representatives, holds an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School, and earned his undergraduate degree in civil & environmental engineering from U.C. Berkeley.
