Employee engagement is no longer a "nice-to-have" - it is an organizational imperative. Every employee has a story about why they stay - or why they leave - and there is evidence to support that managers strongly influence their overall experience and commitment. This workshop will introduce managers to a dynamic framework of care and highlight how consistent, intentional acts lead to engagement and a shift in organizational culture. Through discussion, hands-on practice, and engaging activities, participants will explore strategies to increase employee impact and retention.
Learning Objectives: by the end of this session, participants will be able to:
Understand the CARE model of employee engagement.
Assess engagement with their team and identify opportunities to build connection, collaboration, and commitment.
Create an action plan to begin to move the needle on engagement, including next steps and measuring success.
