Meet Your Trainer: Cassie Nguyen is a Program Team Coordinator at Johnson & Johnson MedTech with a strong background in designing and delivering impactful, in-person training programs within highly regulated environments, including pharmaceutical and medical device industries. She has built her career at the intersection of training and quality, leading GMP new hire orientation programs and developing compliance-driven learning experiences that support both regulatory requirements and business performance. Cassie has also designed and facilitated Train-the-Trainer Level 1 and 2 programs, equipping facilitators with the skills to confidently deliver engaging, learner-centered sessions using a variety of instructional methods. Her expertise is grounded in adult learning theory, instructional design, and training compliance, supported by credentials including the Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD), ATD Adult Learning and Instructional Design certificates, and DDI Facilitator Certification. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology at the University of San Diego, further strengthening her ability to create meaningful, effective learning experiences that drive performance and continuous development.
