Chris Baiocchi is a seasoned nonprofit leader with 25 years of experience in communications, fundraising, and strategic leadership. As founder and CEO of Resolute Philanthropy, he equips nonprofit professionals with tools to build confident, effective fundraising programs through training, coaching, and strategic support. Chris has partnered with organizations like Habitat for Humanity OC, Casa Youth Shelter, RevHub, and St. Joseph Hospital, and has led trainings for OneOC, AFP, and Charitable Ventures.
He holds a master’s in Organizational Leadership, is a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE), and serves on the boards of the AFP South Sound Chapter and South Sound Planned Giving Council. Based in Tacoma, WA, Chris is a proud dad, avid reader, and passionate fan of bow ties and sci-fi debates.
Gazala Uradnik is the Founder and Principal of GFS Events, a strategic event planning firm that helps nonprofits elevate their fundraising results. With over 20 years of experience in strategic planning and mission-driven events, Gazala partners with organizations to create impactful fundraising experiences that drive meaningful donor engagement. Since founding GFS Events in 2012, she and her team have produced more than 400 nonprofit events nationwide, helping clients often double or triple their fundraising results and collectively raise over $100 million. Gazala holds a Master’s in Healthcare Management from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and is an active community leader and nonprofit board member.
