Every day, we have countless conversations. Some with people we like, some with people we don’t, and some with people we must converse with in the responsibilities of our work life. This class will address those more challenging conversations and how to have the courage to speak with professionalism, respect, empathy, and honesty. We will discover ways to better avoid conflict or recover more quickly when one occurs. We will discuss healthy boundaries and skills to determine when and how to best communicate with others.
If participants wish, please submit a challenging situation in your current work or personal life that you would like to address during the class. This can remain anonymous.
