Emerging Leaders Symposium

Climb Higher! Leading with the Whole Landscape in View
The Emerging Leaders Symposium focuses on developing the executive-level perspective needed to lead through change, which Stephen R. Covey described in his book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, as “climbing the tallest tree” to see the whole landscape.
This symposium helps emerging leaders elevate their perspective beyond day-to-day operational demands, clarify what matters most, and make mission-aligned decisions that drive real results. Participants will:
Shift to a big picture view to identify the real challenge and what’s changing
Ask the strategic questions: Are we doing the right work? What should we stop, start, or redesign?
Align people, resources, and culture so strategy translates into coordinated action and measurable mission impact
Above the Canopy: Preparing the Next Generation of Leaders
