May 2017: The NEW Face of Evaluation
Program evaluation to meet the evolving approach of today’s philanthropists

  • Learn about evaluation for systems change and policy work
  • Learn the different strategies funders can use to support it
  • Improve your ability to engage more meaningfully with organizations and stakeholders in explaining rationales for new evaluation methods
Long gone are the days of supporting only charity work. We now find ourselves in an environment where individuals and organizations are working to tackle the root causes of social problems. Today, philanthropists have complex portfolios involving support for service-based program delivery and other strategies. Advocacy and systems change is now the lens that several funders are using to understand how to make their most impactful investments. In this session, learn how the face of evaluation’ has changed and evolved to keep pace with this new framework.
