About the Presenter: Alicia Maciel, MBA
Alicia Maciel, founder and CEO of BeingWell.life, works with executive leaders to improve their quality of life and leverage employee trust and wellbeing for sustainable results. Alicia's diverse experience spans over 25 years working in and with nonprofit and for-profit organizations. She received a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from University of California, Berkeley, and holds a master of business administration from Harvard Business School. Prior to launching BeingWell.life Alicia was Executive Director of The Prentice School. She is an ICF-Certified Coach, an SQ21 Spiritual Intelligence-Certified Coach, and a Certified Emotional Connection Trainer. Alicia serves as President-Elect of the Work and Organizations Division of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA).
