OneOC is proud to host our Orange County nonprofit professionals with the Nonprofit Insight Forum, a place to bring you the most recent and up-to-date information facing the nonprofit sector, based on survey’s and conversations with YOU the nonprofit professional. As your go-to resource for organizational effectiveness, we commit to bringing you the trends and highlights in the sector that are impacting our businesses and the professionals that accelerate your nonprofits success. We invite directors, executives, board members, volunteers, and corporate partners to come and share opinions, ask questions, and build a community that will strengthen our abilities to lead and govern effectively.

Sheila Kepler is the President of KTimeHR, Inc., a multi-million dollar Human Resource Services Organization headquartered in Irvine, California. Ms. Kepler joined KTimeHR in 2006. She brings over 20+ years extensive business management experience leading teams of human resource professionals while overseeing day-to-day operations, technology development, business development, employment law, insurance and risk management divisions. Sheila has been a featured-speaker and corporate trainer for many organizations and is considered an expert in matters pertaining to business and employment “best practices.”
Michael Kogutek brings a unique combination of experience and passion to his coaching. Michael with an Ed.D. in Counseling Psychology, spent 33 years in private practice with a focus on Executive and Life coaching. He’s worked with EAP and taught at CSU-Fullerton in the Human Services Department. Currently he is an active volunteer coach and the Vice Chair of Executive Coaches of Orange County.
