Thank you for your interest in Fiscal Sponsorship with OneOC. Below is important information regarding the requirements for future fiscal projects. To apply, you must meet the IRS eligibility criteria and submit an application form, a project proposal, and an annual budget. Please review these details carefully.

IRS 501(c)(3) - Tax Exempt purposes
The following outlines the eligibility requirements set out by the IRS and are required for every fiscal project to meet.
“The exempt purposes set forth in section 501(c)(3) are charitable, religious, educational, scientific, literary, testing for public safety, fostering national or international amateur sports competition, and preventing cruelty to children or animals. The term charitable is used in its generally accepted legal sense and includes relief of the poor, the distressed, or the underprivileged; advancement of religion; advancement of education or science; erecting or maintaining public buildings, monuments, or works; lessening the burdens of government; lessening neighborhood tensions; eliminating prejudice and discrimination; defending human and civil rights secured by law; and combating community deterioration and juvenile delinquency.”
Please note that we are unable to consider proposals involving any of the following activities at this time:
Construction activities
Providing medical services
Projects where housing is a key element
Projects that routinely practice litigation
Manufacturing and distribution
Providing mental health services
Moderate to extreme physical activities
How to Apply
Please complete the application form and upload a Project Narrative and a Budget Worksheet using the downloaded templates. Ensure these are completed thoroughly to provide detailed background information about your project, which will assist us in understanding your project and application.
Fiscal Sponsorship Start-up Fees
Each new fiscal project is asked to transfer $1,000 within the first three months. This covers the first year’s OneOC membership, insurance, and provides a starting balance.
