This national service day honors the 19th Anniversary of the lives impacted by the events on September 11, 2001, focused on “Remembrance through Service.” Throughout this month of compassion, OneOC sponsors county-wide service projects and toolkits that engage volunteers of all ages, as well as support our troops, veterans, and disaster preparedness, benefiting all of our American heroes. Since 2011, over 10,000 Orange County volunteers have participated in this national initiative in collaboration with OneOC.
