*The Membership Renewal Payment option above authorizes OneOC to charge to your credit card for continued, uninterrupted membership with OneOC at the current membership level. A payment confirmation will be emailed to you when the payment has been processed, and the credit card charge will appear on your next billing statement. No prior notification will be provided by OneOC, unless the credit card will expire before to the renewal date. This authorization will remain in effect until it is cancelled in writing to notify OneOC, at a minimum of 30 days prior to the next billing date. By submitting your membership application, you certify that you are an authorized user of this credit card and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company; provided the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form.
