SANTA ANA, Calif., Jan. 11, 2013 – Volunteers in Orange County are answering the call to help assemble food boxes for the hungry and harvest crops for those in need of food, restore natural habitats, repair and clean books, sort and pack medical supplies, and participate in cleaning, painting and refurbishment projects at nonprofits around the county.
October 8, 2012 – More than 200 volunteers from DirecTV and Santa Ana-based nonprofit OneOC visit San Juan Elementary School to do gardening, mural painting and more in a makeover that might cost $25,000 if the school had to pay for it.
